Please arrive fifteen minutes before facials and body treatments to fill out your personal forms and to start relaxing.

Refunds
There are no refunds on gift certificates. Exchanges will be made on products fourteen days after purchase.
 
Prices
All prices are subject to change.

Gratuities
Our menu prices do not include gratuities.  If you feel that you received excellent service during your spa session, an appropriate gratuity is greatly appreciated.
 
Payments
We except payments of cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
 
Spa Etiquette
To allow for a relaxing experience, please turn your cell phones and pagers off. Our environment is not safe for babies or children. For their benefit we would greatly appreciate it if you would make child arrangements before your appointment.
 
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to spa personnel, a minimum notice of 24 hours for cancellation is required or a fee equal to half the cost of the scheduled service will be imposed.   Also, if you are a "No-Show" for your service, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to you. Please note, if you are redeeming a gift certificate, the balance due for cancellation fees will be deducted from your gift certificate.  

Gift Certificates
Please note that our Gift Certificates never expire.  However....Gift Certificates which were purchased for specific services are subject to current rate changes/increases after one year from certificate purchase date.  You should be prepared to pay the balance on the day of your appointment.
